So, What Happens Next ? . . . Each Finestra client will have specific needs of course, but a typical project normally proceeds
like this.
- Initial Consultation
We visit you and discuss your needs free of charge. We look at your requirements and plans and any
existing system(s) that you may already be using, such as Excel spreadsheets, a basic Access system or a manual paper-based system.
- Outline Proposal
We provide a basic overview of how the proposed system will work, guideline costs and approximate
timescale.
- Detailed Investigation
Further meetings are held to define the details of how you need the system to operate and screen
layouts are drawn up to illustrate how things will look.
- Final Proposal
A detailed specification is agreed and a firm quotation of costs, terms and delivery dates are provided.
- Implementation
The system is developed at our premises, and any data conversion necessary carried out. The system is then
fully installed on your machines and we train your staff in the use of the system. After further consultation with your staff, final adjustments to the system are made.
- On-Going Support
All major developments are backed by a 3-month warranty period during which any bugs or problems will be
fixed free of charge. Telephone support to provide assistance in the use of the system is also provided. An annual support agreement is available after this period to extend these services if required. The cost
of this will be quoted in the final proposal.
